Define.
Once we have established the culture of your organization, we will have a final one-on-one meeting describing the ways in which IQ Co-Op would be able to assist you.
We will deliver a comprehensive analysis that includes the concrete objectives and goals of the space or program. Such goals may be "Increasing STEM involvment by 20%" (Schools) or "Increase bata testing and prototyping by 15%" (Businesses).
We analize our progress based on these metrics that are presented in a report every quarter.
Design + Implement
After we have established the needs of your space or program, we will design the exact specifications of what we will be creating. If it is an educational program and space we will develop multiple iterations until a finalized approval. For a business looking for an innovation space, we will create mock-ups and oversee everything from design to technology and decor.
We will also handle the implementation of the space or program. For programs this includes setting up portals and websites and giving direct assistance to additional administrators. For spaces that means we will be there every step of the way until completion.
Analyze + Grow
We create individual project and space managment sites for you to track all of your analytics for your space based off of the metics that it was created from. We will document and provide reports showing the direct effects of the investment you have made for your organization.
Additionally through IQ Co-Op you will have access to additional research, content, events, classes, and even IQ Co-Labs which are our innovative research and prototyping solutions for individuals to create and learn in. We can help you get connected with mentors if you are in education and to find researchers and apprentices if you are working in industry.
